Welcome To
ARISE
Counselling & Psychotherapy
‘Though the journey of life can be sweet and beautiful, sometimes we can get stuck because of obstacles life throws at us, unable to move or think ahead. This could be the best time to talk to someone who can give you a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space. When we arise, we can have a holistic view of the world and become aware of what is around us and what is within us. Let me help you start this journey.’

Learn More About Me
I am a qualified level 7 Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I work within the relational integrative model and carry out my role under the ethical framework of BACP. I am a warm and empathetic professional with a natural person-centred approach and understand the importance of accepting people for who they are.
I chose this profession because of my own diverse background and the absence of this support within my community, and other minority groups.
Different type of service I offer
I offer a 30 minutes consultation, where I will go through some relevant questions and find out about your needs. It’s an opportunity for you to talk to me and see if you would like to commit to working with me. If you are happy to proceed, we can discuss the contract.
50 minutes face to face counselling in Kent, East London, and Cardiff. However due to the pandemic I will not be seeing any clients face to face until further notice.
50 minutes telephone counselling session.
50 minutes online counselling through Zoom and my clients have the choice to have a mixture of service.
